IGCSE Chemistry Past Papers

2017 – 2025 with Mark Schemes

Question papers and mark schemes from all three major IGCSE exam boards — including Cambridge, the route most of our overseas students sit.

How this page works: Exam papers are copyrighted by the exam boards, so instead of hosting copies here, we link you directly to the official board sources and trusted free libraries where every paper and mark scheme is available to download. These links are always up to date.

How to Use Past Papers Effectively

1

Master topics before full papers
Attempt topic-wise questions first — stoichiometry, bonding and organic chemistry decide most grades. Then move to full papers.

2

Mark with the official scheme
IGCSE marking is precise — learn the exact keywords examiners reward, especially for 3-6 mark extended answers.

3

Drill the practical paper
Paper 6 (Cambridge) and practical-based questions need exam technique, not just theory. Practise describing experiments step by step.

4

Sit full papers under time
Once comfortable, do full papers under strict exam timing — the multiple-choice paper especially rewards speed and accuracy.
